Bey Moss 2020 Review: Does This Sea Moss Supplement Truly Work?
Here’s a brand with a variety of different sea moss products: Bey Moss. What makes it different from the rest? Is it your best bet for high-quality, effective sea moss supplementation?
Did you know that sea moss is naturally grown in different colors? Yellow Irish moss is most available and consumed, yet there is a range of colors available out there. These colors include greenish-yellow, red, dark purple and purplish-brown sea moss.
These sea creatures are a type of seaweed or algae – also known as Irish moss or its scientific name Chondrus crispus – that offers a wealth of minerals essential to the human body.
This review with focus on purple sea moss, touted one of the most nutrient-dense, mineral-rich foods on the planet and can serve as a potent source of the nutrition that the body needs. Bey Moss is made of purple sea moss. Let’s see how it delivers the promised benefits.

Does Bey Moss Work?
Purple sea moss is packed with vitamins along with 92 minerals out of the 102 that are important to the body. According to its marketing materials, purple sea moss packs a whole lot of health benefits, including improving the immunity to help fight off a cold, sore throat, or fever due to its antiviral properties.
Sea moss is also promoted to maintain a healthy mucous membrane, relieving one from congestion. It’s a reliable source of calcium and sulphur-based amino acids that can help strengthen bones.
Bey Moss is a purple sea moss capsule supplement that helps promote cellular regeneration of the skin, immune defense, as well as natural thyroid functioning. Burdock root in the formula is intended for better circulation, toxin removal from the bloodstream, and enhanced skin appearance. Bladderwrack also assists in thyroid health as well as in hormone balance and digestion.
The resulting formula is expected to provide these benefits plus optimal energy levels and mineral support. The cold-water seaweed species is also expected to deliver amino acids, alginic and fatty acids, and a variety of essential vitamins and minerals. Bey Moss is recommended to be taken in 1 to 2 capsules per day with or without food intake. It should be stored in a cool, dry place.
The million-dollar question, however, is this: Does Bey Moss work? It has to be noted that Bey Moss is featured in a number of YouTube video reviews online. They are mostly glowing reviews, and it is quite concerning how glaringly different the results of those reviews are from our own experience with the supplement.
For starters, we proceeded with our product trial with much caution because we couldn’t find any independent research or data vouching for Bey Moss’ safety and effectiveness. That was a difficult decision to make, because unlike sea moss gel products, capsules can be a bit black and white: they work, or they don’t. They cause side effects, or they don’t.
Yet we were able to thankfully get over our extreme sense of worry and caution, and went ahead to use Bey Moss for at least four weeks. Read below how our experience had been.
You might be wondering: Why not our standard minimum of eight-week product trial? We only went with Bey Moss for four weeks because we became, yes, belchy and feeling from the supplements. Did we take too much? Perhaps yes, or due to the religious two-capsule intake every day. The supplementation felt heavy from the get go, but we initially attributed it to the newness of the regimen.
Things didn’t really change after four weeks. To make it worse, except for the pockets of energy that we received throughout random times of the day, our thyroid level was virtually unaffected by the sea moss intake upon monitoring. As for immune defense, we felt a cold and some diarrhea coming; it was likely the beginnings of a viral infection, which fortunately didn’t push through. Did Bey Moss help stop them in their tracks? Probably, but it is also likely that we had a good immune status in the first place.
The belching is our chief complaint. Other than this, it is mostly the non-stellar performance. It’s like taking a poor-quality multivitamin that promises everything but barely delivers anything. It is hard to gauge the significance of its impact if there is hardly any sign of it at all.
Bey Moss looks good and polished, but beyond the exterior there is nothing much we can glean in quality and efficacy. No clinical data, no independent third-party test results, no independent reviews (that honestly don’t reek of paid promotions), and no exact information on ingredient dosing or content for us to see what we’re getting. As we look at the product now, it’s on sale at $40 (a $10 price slash) but we are hardy attracted to cart more bottles with fundamental details missing. Bey Moss leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to product knowledge. And don’t get us started on our product trial – it’s as overwhelming as it possibly can. It’s like your money going down the drain, giving sea moss a bad rap.

Amazon and Other Reviews
Unfortunately, customer reviews on Amazon and similar familiar platforms are no longer 100% trustworthy, as they can be bought or scripted. What we advise is to go beyond the ratings: combine these Amazon ratings with reviews from reputable product review sites on the web. Take your take making that delicate decision of what to buy!
