For starters, we proceeded with our product trial with much caution because we couldn’t find any independent research or data vouching for Bey Moss’ safety and effectiveness. That was a difficult decision to make, because unlike sea moss gel products, capsules can be a bit black and white: they work, or they don’t. They cause side effects, or they don’t.
Yet we were able to thankfully get over our extreme sense of worry and caution, and went ahead to use Bey Moss for at least four weeks. Read below how our experience had been.

You might be wondering: Why not our standard minimum of eight-week product trial? We only went with Bey Moss for four weeks because we became, yes, belchy and feeling from the supplements. Did we take too much? Perhaps yes, or due to the religious two-capsule intake every day. The supplementation felt heavy from the get go, but we initially attributed it to the newness of the regimen.
Things didn’t really change after four weeks. To make it worse, except for the pockets of energy that we received throughout random times of the day, our thyroid level was virtually unaffected by the sea moss intake upon monitoring. As for immune defense, we felt a cold and some diarrhea coming; it was likely the beginnings of a viral infection, which fortunately didn’t push through. Did Bey Moss help stop them in their tracks? Probably, but it is also likely that we had a good immune status in the first place.
Side Effects
The belching is our chief complaint. Other than this, it is mostly the non-stellar performance. It’s like taking a poor-quality multivitamin that promises everything but barely delivers anything. It is hard to gauge the significance of its impact if there is hardly any sign of it at all.
The Verdict
Bey Moss looks good and polished, but beyond the exterior there is nothing much we can glean in quality and efficacy. No clinical data, no independent third-party test results, no independent reviews (that honestly don’t reek of paid promotions), and no exact information on ingredient dosing or content for us to see what we’re getting. As we look at the product now, it’s on sale at $40 (a $10 price slash) but we are hardy attracted to cart more bottles with fundamental details missing. Bey Moss leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to product knowledge. And don’t get us started on our product trial – it’s as overwhelming as it possibly can. It’s like your money going down the drain, giving sea moss a bad rap.
